Exedra
Advisory

About

A considered space for clear decisions.

In classical architecture, the exedra was a curved recess built into a colonnade — a place to sit, think and take counsel before a decision was made. We took the name because that's exactly the work: the considered space between rushing into AI and standing still.

What we believe

AI doesn't transform a business. It amplifies one.

Drop powerful tools onto a messy operating model and you scale the mess. Drop them onto a clear one and you compound the advantage. The work that decides which way it goes isn't technical — it's operational, and it's almost always skipped.

So we don't lead with tools or prompting. We lead with how the business actually runs, what's already happening with AI, and what has to be true before any of it is worth scaling. Evidence first. Opinion second.

Principles

How we hold ourselves.

Tell the truth, kindly

We surface what's really happening, including the parts nobody's saying out loud. Clarity is the product.

Business before technology

The operating model comes first. The tool stack follows the work — never the other way around.

Fixed scope, real outcomes

Productised engagements with clear deliverables. You always know what you're getting and what it costs.

Leave capability behind

Momentum the business keeps. We build the foundations and the people — not a dependency on us.
